About Creekside Park

Creekside Park is a quiet, centrally located in Lemon Creek, community of 96 mobile & manufactured homes. Creekside is comprised of responsible and respectful adults & families wishing to live in a safe, quiet, and tidy community. Tenants are held to a strict standard of home upkeep and respectful conduct to ensure this environment remains intact. 

Park tenancy includes on-site mailboxes, street maintenance, optional storage yard rental, and water/sewer. Monthly space rent is $550 and due by the 5th of each month.
